All of our ballistic packages are pre-tested to comply with NIJ Standards for Levels IIA-IV and are required to meet even higher internal requirements for V0 and V50 Testing and Full-Spectrum Projectile Rating for Special Threats.

It performs extraordinarily against high velocity, multiple projectiles and substantially reduces trauma through its innovative hybrid construction.
Hi-Lite™ XP makes comfort and protection

HI-LITE™ XP is derived from a legacy of ballistic protection and performance. It is comprised of 100% Kevlar® XP™, a patented new woven fabric technology engineered by DuPont. This technology driven ballistic system maintains performance in extreme field conditions and delivers incredible bullet stopping power. Its patented woven construction decreases impact and back face deformation (BFD), reducing potentially serious ballistic and trauma injuries.

C-SERIES provides complete ballistic protection and comfort at an incredible value. It is engineered with a combination of woven Kevlar® by DuPont and unidirectional composite material from Honeywell. Capable of protecting against “special threats” and fragmentation projectiles, this ballistic system offers an unprecedented level of protection for daily wear. C-Series is considered the ballistic “workhorse” and is the most competitive based ballistic system available.
Hybrid Ballistic System
Hybrid systems consist of a combination of multiple layers of woven ballistic fabric and/or cross-layed unidirectional laminates. Hybrids create a ballistic system that provides a reduction in back face deformation, while retaining and improving ballistic resistance to penetration as well as increasing flexibility and comfort.
Point Blank’s ballistic engineers continuously engage in collaborative research with globally renowned producers of advanced, high-strength fibers such as Dupont (Kevlar®,), DSM (Dyneema®), Honeywell (Spectra® and GoldFlex®), Teijin Twaron (Twaron®) and Pro-Systems (Artec®). Our ongoing collaboration with the world’s leading fiber manufacturers allows us to research and test the leading woven aramids and unidirectional laminates. By leveraging desired performance characteristics of each high strength fiber, Point Blank’s produces 100% woven and performance hybrids.
